I wanted to eat garlic, so I went to the oritinal New Tantan ramen in Ymato City of Knagawa.
New Tantan is a ramen that is becoming established as soul food in Kawasaki.
This ramen has varefully simmered chicken broth and fuluffy beaten eggs that are well mixed with the medium-thick noodles.
The ramen is topped with plenty of minced meat and garlic making it coloful and with agood balance of textures.
I chose level 4 out of 5 levels of spiciness. It was very spic.
This time I ate it with a lot of garlic and minced meat as toppings.
The garlic was delicious, but I was worried about my bad breath.
The price is 1200 yen
New Tantan ramen is especially recommended for those who like spicy food, and you will definitely be drawn in by its charm after one bite!
This ramen, which is popular among locals, is an exquisite gourmet dish that you should try at least onece.
New Tantan in Ymato City is located near Atsugi Air Base.
The staff don’t speak Japanese, but if you’re interested, please come and try it.
