1. Ordering by ticket machine
   Purchase a meal ticket from the ticket machine installed in the store. The touch-screen menu with photos is displayed, making it easy to choose.
2. Hand over meal ticket to staff
   Hand over the purchased meal ticket to the staff at the counter. At that time, you may be asked whether you want hot or cold soba.
3. Self-service
   Prepare water and condiments (such as shichimi or wasabi) by yourself.
4. Pick up your product
   Pick up your product at the counter when called.
5. Eat at unreserved seating
